Our 30-day FULL Refund/FREE Replacement Policy covers the following reasons. If you're offered a refund or replacement, there's no need to return the item:

2. Incorrect or mismatched size.
3. Item received differs from the description or customization information.
4. Lost or missing items.

No Refund & Replacement

Our 30-day Refund & Replacement Policy does not cover the following reasons. We're not liable for these issues:

1. Requests for refund/replacement made after 30 days of product delivery.
2. Selection of wrong size, product, address, or custom information, etc.
3. Product damage due to misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
4. Personal reasons such as change of mind or personal taste.
5. Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled and damaged due to customer handling.
6. Products purchased during a sale or promotion.

If your refund is approved, the funds will be applied to the same payment method used for the purchase. Here's how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:

PayPal: 3 to 5 business days.
