Send this information to customer service in a single message to avoid important details being overlooked during the layout process.
3. Select the desired size and clasp type. The size of the tag can be chosen freely, regardless of your pet’s size. Place your order and complete the payment.
4. The layout and engraving will be completed within approximately 2 days, and the item will be shipped directly. If you would like to preview the layout, please note it when ordering. The preview will be sent according to the order sequence, and you will need to confirm it promptly for shipment. If you are not satisfied, modifications or a refund can be arranged. If you do not confirm within 3 days of receiving the layout, the item will be shipped automatically due to system timing constraints.
